Jeremy's book exploded. It was not a good explosion. It was a bad explosion. We had to call emergency services and the FBI. We have decided to forget about Jeremy's book explosion. It's just not what we want to focus on right now. We are writers, not demolition experts and so everybody is ignoring this to the best of our abilities. 

Some have said to drape a cloth over the place where the book exploded. But I think it's important as a reminder of what we don't want to be and what we must forget at any cost. It will also remind us to be careful with books and scare off insufficiently dedicated writers away from the group.
